  • Broken driver seat



    Took my new 2016 Buick LA Crosse in to the dealership (Rivertown Buick GMC Service Dept. Columbus Ga.) to have the driver seat repaired under warranty. I was told by the rude service manager that they would not repair my seat under warranty even though ball bearings fallen out of it after a loud popping noise. I was told as long as the seat works they can not repair it under warranty. I just don't see how that is right when parts to the seat have fallen out. More...
